PROJECT BACKGROUND
1106-1108 Columbia Road, NW, Washington, DC
Through a partnership with the existing co-op board, these two historic buildings were renovated. Long-term affordable ownership opportunities were provided to existing residents, while the remaining units were delivered as market-rate condominiums to the Columbia Heights submarket.
