PROJECT BACKGROUND

2620 Bowen Road, SE, Washington, DC

The Bowen Flats is a new construction workforce housing development that includes 40 units with a mix of one, two, and three bedroom units in Southeast DC.  Additional amenities include a parking garage, bike racks, a courtyard, and a multipurpose community room. 

Montage provided development and construction management services, including managing entitlement, design, permitting, and preconstruction activities.
