PROJECT BACKGROUND

5832 Georgia Avenue, NW, Washington, DC

The Lofts at Brightwood, located along Georgia and Missouri Avenues, contains 32 condominium units that feature oversized windows, stainless steel appliances and hardwood flooring in the main living areas. The Lofts also include 3,500 Sq. Ft. of commercial/retail space.  The project is an adaptive reuse of the former IBEX Night Club (originally a Masonic Lodge) and includes ground floor restaurant.
