Montage, in partnership with Outlier Realty Capital, is currently developing a self-storage facility along Mount Olivet Road, off of New York Avenue. The project replaces a long abandoned and collapsing warehouse with ~80,000 GSF of brand new, LEED certified storage. 1240 Mount Olivet is planned to deliver Q3 2020.
